Add option to increase BASED ON rates based on single / double occupancy

Note: unable to pick up in the near future but a dialogue from interested clients surrounding this will be helpful
Implemented about 3-4 release ago this summer
Hotels want to be able to increase the rates for Single and Double also without a logic difference. Today it is for example 10 euro minus on the parent rate. This means both the Single as the Double are 10 euro less then the parent.
