STATUS: StayNTouch System Announcement

Dear Valued StayNTouch Client,

Beginning on Friday, September 1st, Rover Standalone was experiencing intermittent system issues, which resulted in failed login attempts or system timeout messages for some of our users. The issue was observed on Friday, September 1st; Monday, September 4th; and Tuesday, September 5th; as were the system slowdown times of approx. 5-10 minutes.

While the exact cause has not been determined, in response to the issue, we enabled new servers last week to prepare for an increase in customer usage rates. While server optimization was tested and reviewed prior to implementation, we have since identified a conflict with one of the servers which is causing periodic slowdowns or brief downtime.

We are in the middle of rectifying the issue, and we will be sending updates as a solution is researched. We will also share an update once we have fully resolved the issue. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. If you need to follow-up with our team, please create a support request.

Our Development Team is continuing to investigate the issue resulting in sporadic system timeouts and delays within the PMS. Please know resolving this issue is our top priority, and we are working diligently to find a solution. We will continue to provide updates until a solution is identified.
