Accounts - Attach Market Segment as Group / Company built with Billing

When individual reservations of the group are created, Accounts will be created automatically but the Market segment is not generated automatically. This causes "disappearing" revenue on Daily Production by the Demographic report as the revenue will be categorized as Undefined Market Segment since the revenue is moved to Accounts, not in each reservation which has market segment. This causing segment's ADR inflation as only the revenue will be moved to Undefined, while picked up room count will remain under the market segment. 

When a group or Company is created, the market segment should be attached, matching to the Group Segment or Company's market segment. This will avoid manually correcting the actualized revenue on the report to the correct market segment.
