Group revenue statistics on the Daily Production by Demographics report has been off time to time. I realized that when you have a group with a direct bill to Accounts(AR), Although SNT creates the accounts automatically when a group was built, it won't pull the attached Market Segment into Account.
If a market segment is not attached the Account, Daily Production by Demographics report won't pull revenue to the correct market but move it to Undefined Market once the stay actualizes, thus skewing he group ADR and revenue in the segment. This only happens to the room revenue, not to the occupancy.
It would be very beneficial to have the Accounts for the groups to generate matching Market segment when a group is built in SNT.
