Do Not Lock toggle should show up in the Activity Log

Currently, it doesn't show up, but it's important who put it on/off.

Freehand Comment: Any changes do not make it to the activity log. It’s important to track as we put rooms in DNM status for a reason and if someone takes it off, we should be able to track it.
