We are working on introducing 'out of inventory' which will be excluded from the calculations as well as a filter to choose how you would like the screen / report calculated in regards to OOO. There are many hoteliers who would disagree with a OOO excluded default so we prefer to give both option in the future. It is not a small piece of work unfortunately but it has started so please stay tuned.

I was just wondering whether the above mentioned fix would also impact the Business on the Books report, where the current OCC% is producing meaningless numbers.

Occupancy in the Availability screen should calculate on the number of rooms after OOO.
Ex. If we have 100 rooms and 10 are OOO why is the daily occupancy still calculating off of 100 rooms. These rooms are physically closed for a reason.
