Sort arrivals report from A-Z by default and not Z-A

Can the arrivals report be sorted alphabetically from A-Z by default instead of Z-A?

It should be A-Z by default when you select to sort by name, unless you click a second time on the name column header which will sort it the other way round - i.e. Z-A. Could you please let me know whether this resolves the problem?

It should be set by default from A to Z. Why should one have to click on an extra step? It's just strange, no other system does that

Sorry I couldn't reproduce since I set the filter by to 'Name' which for me put the report straight away in the A-Z order. After some more review I see what you mean: when you actually don't select any FILTER criteria, only in that case will the report default to Z-A. This by no means intended, and should not need to be listed here as request for improvement, this should be handled as a defect instead so I will convert this to a support ticket instead. Our Client Services team will keep you posted on the progress.
