Notes Pop-Up

Allow operator to attach a note / comment to a reservation and chose whether it pop ups at check-in / check-out and or every time they enter specific reservation.
This forces team to see sensitive notes.

Can you please customize our check-in experience by forcing the notes tab to appear when ever opening  a reservation?  We are often overlooking important notes, and want this box to pop up every time a reservation is accessed, requiring us to click okay

Please create this feature, as our front desk team often overlooks important notes.  We want this Notes feature to pop up every time a reservation is accessed.

The Carrollton Inn also requests this feature with the ability to choose whether the note will pop up or not.

Another instance of the note placed in the system was missed by the desk clerk and someone was billed incorrectly.  

We print arrivals with notes and actions but the pop up when accessing the reservations is essential for them not missing something important

Any ideas when this will be implemented ?

This would be great for any hotel that does the self check in so that we can deliver on expectations of our guests! Please give us an update on when you can make this happen.

A Pop-up note would be so helpful! So many times our team has to scan through multiple notes to see if any are pertinent and it creates an awkward silence while the guest is waiting to be checked in.

Hi all -


Great news! Stayntouch now offers an Alerts functionality with our new redesigned notes - you should see this enabled for your property this week.

  • The notes and actions sections on the stay card have now been moved to the left side of the screen to easily identify notes and actions for a reservation.

  • Eliminates the need to click on the respective sections to open and view any notes or actions.

  • Users can change a note to an alert to have a more prominent display on top of the stay card.

  • "Shared" notes and alerts can be enabled for Guest Cards, Company Cards, and Travel Agent Cards that will appear on the Stay Cards when applicable.
