Extended Promotions functionality

Right now, promotional codes apply a discount percentage (%) to the rate/stay dates. We'd like to have the ability to select and apply a discount to a specific date by percentage or by nights.

Examples:

Tiered % Discount: Night 1 = 10%, Night 2 = 20%, Night 3 = 30%
X Night Free: Night 1 = $199, Night 2 = $199, Night 3 = $0
Discount on X Night: Night 1 = $299, Night 2 = $279 (promotion, $20 off rate plan), Night 3 = $269.10 (promotion, 20% off rate plan)

I like the idea but we have no immediate plans to add this to Rover - maybe a little further down the line.

It would be nice to create a single promo code for a date range and be able to change the discount by the day of the week. Also, there is no way to run a report to see what promo codes are producing traction.
