Housekeeping Task Assignment: Add Service Status Filter

When Vacant Rooms cleaning was added, Rover automatically includes rooms that are in Out of Order or Out of Service as part of daily assignments. 

We are requesting that, similar to FO Status, there be the ability to select Service Status, thus only displaying Vacant Dirty Rooms that are IN SERVICE (not OUT OF ORDER / SERVICE rooms).
