Ability to Override QR Code CC Guarantee Restriction for Certain Group Check-ins

Currently, guests will only receive Zest Web QR codes for key retrieval if their reservation is CC guaranteed. However for selected groups that DO NOT need to provide a CC guarantee, we would like the option to bypass the CC guarantee requirement by rate code -- while for all other guests we would still maintain the CC guarantee requirement. 

Also, for the selected groups, we would like the guests to receive the room ready email WITH the QR code instead of the notification to go to front desk to obtain room keys.
