Add additional housekeeping status options

In order to accurately display what happens in House Keeping (HSK), we need additional status options, so the operations team members knows that the clerks attempted to service the room, but were either turned away (guest refused service) or the guest had a privacy sign (DND).

Currently, there is only a feature where you can turn off the service in the stay card. However, then you turn off the service for their entire stay. We would like an option where you can adjust the room status to 'no service'.
