Option to Show Billing Information on Confirmation

We would like to add the billing instructions on the reservation confirmation notification. 

For reservations with no pre-specified routing, the instructions would say that all charges will be settled by the guest upon arrival or departure. 

For reservations with routing, the instructions should show the billing group and company name.

Next time we will implement changes to the confirmation letter we will consider adding this request as well.
