Ability to transfer payments between ledgers


Example: A reservation went to no-show status with the payment from the advanced deposit on it. The guest called and wanted to book a new reservation. For the new reservation, the guest wanted to apply their old payment (that is still on the no show reservation) to the hold on the new reservation (which is scheduled for a date in the future). 

There is no way to transfer that old deposit to the new reservation. The only work around I see currently is to come up with a cash payment code to post a negative on the old no show reservation and then a positive on the new reservation to move over that balance. This is not ideal and something that would be better handled through the system if we could transfer payments seamlessly between different ledgers.
