Prompt for Mandatory Reservation Demographics on Group Blocks

Currently, Group Blocks do not align with the Reservation Settings for any needed or mandatory items (Reservation Type, Source, Market). 

If a hotel has set these items (i.e. Market, Source, etc.) as mandatory on reservations - it should also be mandatory for Group Blocks. If it is not entered, then it goes as undefined and there is not currently a check (other than at reservation creation that a market or other such demographics are set on bookings).
