Create TA and Company Card Activity Log so Users Can See What Changes Were Made (Released)

It would be nice to have an activity log for TA and Company Cards - like there is for reservations & groups. 

This would allow us to see who created contracts, made billing information, and any other major changes.

We would be in need of a function like this too. A lot of cards are wrongly changed and we dont know who did this.

Is there any updates on this Feature Request?  Not having these audit trails is proving to be quite a challenge as we don't have the ability to help us help ourselves, and even the Support team at SNT could benefit to help trouble-shoot.

It's in development right now. I am not sure it will make the very next release beginning of July but the one after that definitely. So within the next 4 weeks at the latest.

It's coming tonight - for Guest, Company & TA Cards.

Hope we caught most field changes but if you find anything missing please let us know. Changes initiated by IFC are still WIP.

That's awesome.  Can you just remind me what IFC and WIP mean?  :)

Sorry Hillary - rude of me to use acronyms! 

IFC = Interfaces, meaning if an external system makes changes to a guest card or TA / Company card, the change may not yet get logged as we need to work through our list of vendors first and make sure we get each of them to show in the activity log. But will in come bit by bit as we are working on it - WIP - work in progress! :)


Hope this is one step in the right direction and you will find the new log helpful.
