It would also be very helpful if the report could include reservations notes.

Hello, the status has been changed to planned for the grouping of reservation statuses.
For the notes these can be viewed in reservation reports such as arrival / in house, this is not planned for the guest balance report.

Currently, the Guest Balance Report lumps all reservations together on the report regardless of status. This report should have categories such as IN HOUSE, CHECKED OUT, CANCELLATIONS, NO SHOWS etc . . . so hotels can easily identify any past accounts with outstanding balances or credits.
