Add an Option to Do Not Release / Ability to Leave It Without Date

We are suggesting the following change to improve the release date functionality in Rover:

• Only auto populate the release date one time. This should happen only once at the time of reservation creation.
  

Currently, when extending the block, for example, the release date goes back to Day 1. We are also suggesting the addition of an option to leave Do Not Release without a date to accommodate those customers who prefer to manage this manually.
