Some reservations are completely prepared and ready to go in Rover. That is to say, they have a room assigned, there is a credit card attached to the reservation, deposit is paid (if required), and there is a room number assigned that is clean/inspected.
Rover-users should be able to quickly check-in these guests from the arrivals screen.
In this case, the flow would look like this:
Skip retrieving the reservation
Skip the need to press the check-in button
Skip up-sell offer
Skip Sign below in case Rover runs in a browser
Uncheck and Skip the 'please send me Promotions and news via email' option
Skip the complete check-in button
Navigate to the CC authorization screen
Or - If no authorization is required - navigate to the Key Creation screen
