Create Toggle and Logic to Turn on and Off the Automatic Cancellation Email (IMP)

Currently, there is no option in the Stationary section to turn OFF the automatic email that is sent when a reservation is canceled.

It would be nice to have the option to turn this OFF if we do not want the automatic email to go out when a reservation is canceled.
