Show Rate Linked to a Promotion If No Promotion Code Is Passed
Please show the linked rate for promotion codes if the promotion code has not passed.
Currently, if a promotion is valid for a rate (and the rate's date range), and the reservation is booked during those dates, the rate associated with that promo code is not returned. This is not desirable.

Show an option in the setup/promotion screen to 'also show the rates without promotion code entered' would allow each Hotel to decide for themselves.
