Send Confirmation Email from Stay Card


You can send/re-send confirmation emails in Rover, even after a guest has checked-in. The Send Confirmation button appears for due-in, in-house, and due-out guests.


HOW TO GUIDE  

Step 1. Retrieve the Reservation 
  • Locate the reservation in Rover by searching for the guest in the Search Bar
  • Select the reservation to open up the guest's Stay Card.

Step 2. Select Confirmation

  • Click the Confirmation button to the right side of the Stay Card.

Step 3. Enter Email & Click to Resend 

  • Click the Email Confirmation button.
  • Rover will deliver the confirmation to the email address saved to the guest's Stay Card (or prompt you to enter an email address if you have not done so already).
