How to Add Hotel Details for Registration Card
In situations where a guest requests a printed copy of their registration card, the user can print the document and guest's signature. These instructions show the user how to manage the hotels settings on the Hotel Details page, so the hotel's information (name, address, and logo) display correctly when the Registration Card is printed.
Step 1. Go to Settings > Hotel & Staff
- From the Dashboard, click Menu > Settings > Hotel & Staff.
Step 2. From Hotel & Staff > Hotel Details
- Select the Hotel Details button.
Step 3. Locate Hotel Details and Making Changes
- Manage all the hotel’s information on the Hotel Details page, including the Hotel Name and Location, the Hotel's Phone Number, and the Hotel Logo.
A. Hotel Name and Location
Include the hotel's name, street address, city, and country.
B. Hotel Details
Add the hotel's phone number, state, and zip code.
C. Hotel Logo
Select an image to use for the Hotel's logo. We recommend uploading this to the Hotel Logo Image For Rover section.
Step 4. Click Save Changes
- Don't forget to save when you are done. The Save Changes button is located at the bottom of the page.
