How to Organize Countries for Zest Web Check-In
On the Address details screen during Zest Web check-in, arriving guests select their country along with their permanent address details. By configuring this setting, your hotel can control the order in which certain countries appear, so guests can quickly locate their country and move on to the next screen.
Note: You will need to turn this setting On before the application will work in Zest Web. Click here to learn how to turn this on.
Step 1. Go to Settings > Zest
From the Dashboard, click Menu > Settings > Zest.
Step 2. From Zest > Countries Sorted List
Select the Countries Sorted List button.
Step 3. Click +Add
Click the green +Add to begin making your selection.
Step 4. Select Country from the Dropdown Menu
The dropdown menu on this page contains a list of countries. Select a country from the dropdown menu. Then click Save Changes.
Repeat this process until all the countries you'd like to organize have been added.
Step 5. Drag & Drop to Organize
Drag and drop the country from the list you created to move it up or down on the list.
Step 6. All Done!
Rover will auto save these changes once you've organized the list.
