Prompt To Add Missing Contact Info
Rover Prompts for Guest's Details
During check-in, Rover will prompt the user to enter the guest's email address or phone number if either of these fields are blank.
It is best to enter this missing information now (especially the email address), so the guests can receive:
- An automated Zest Web Check-out email; allowing the guest to skip the front desk line.
- An email containing their folio during Rover Check-out or Zest Web Check-out.
