VIEW ROUTING & MULTIPLE BILLS AT CHECK-IN
Save time by selecting CHECK IN and review routing/direct bill details after the swipe prompt on the Registration page above the guest signature area. This information is also located on the Guest Bill page. Select the preferred Bill # tab to view details and Billing Information.
In this example, Bill #2 only has RT—room and tax—routed to another account (direct billed). Bill #1 would be for all other charges that the guest incurs, but since it has CASH selected as the payment method, the setting ROOM CHARGE DISABLED indicates a 'No Post' flag in the property management system.
