PRODUCT ENHANCEMENTS
New Data Fields Added to Daily Production Report
When you run and view the Daily Production Report from Reports > New Report, you’ll now see the following new data fields in column format per day:
Arrivals
Adults
Children
Forecast F&B Revenue
Actual F&B Revenue
Forecast Other Revenue
Actual Other Revenue
Forecast Total Revenue
Actual Total Revenue
These new fields will appear on the CSV file export in the Reports Inbox and on the scheduled report version in Reports > Schedule a Report/Export > Scheduled Reports > + NEW REPORT SCHEDULE > Daily Production Report.
New Data Fields Added to Daily Production by Demographics Report
When you run and view the Daily Production by Demographics Report from Reports > New Report, you’ll now see the following new data fields in column format per day:
Arrivals
Adults
Children
Forecast F&B Revenue
Actual F&B Revenue
Forecast Other Revenue
Actual Other Revenue
Forecast Total Revenue
Actual Total Revenue

When you run and view the Daily Production by Rate Report from Reports > New Report, you’ll now see the following new data fields in column format per day:

Children
Forecast F&B Revenue
Actual F&B Revenue
Forecast Other Revenue
Actual Other Revenue
Forecast Total Revenue
Actual Total Revenue
These new fields will appear on the CSV file export in the Reports Inbox and on the scheduled report version in Reports > Schedule a Report/Export > Scheduled Reports > + NEW REPORT SCHEDULE > Daily Production by Rate Report.
Batch Registration Card Printing On Group Rooming List
You can now batch print registration cards on the group rooming list from Groups > Manage Groups > Select Group > Rooming List Tab. As part of this functionality, you’ll see an orange printer button at the top right of the Rooming List to print registration cards for group arrivals. Before clicking the printer button, you can either select the checkboxes next to individual reservations to batch print just those reservations, click the “select all” checkbox to print all registration cards on the current page, or if no reservations are selected, all reservations on all pages will be batch printed.
Stayntouch PMS will exclude any reservations that are no show, cancelled, or already checked in/out from printing. If all reservations are excluded from printing you will receive a message stating, “No registration cards to print, as there are no future reservations selected.”
Items to Note:
Registration cards will print in the guest language if present on the guest card; otherwise, they will print in the hotel’s default language.
If the functionality for Austrian or UAE registration cards is enabled by SNT Admin, those specific templates will be used; otherwise, the standard template will be used.
