Late Check-Out Count on the Stayntouch PMS Dashboard


Please note, even manually-offered late check-out add-ons added to the stay card will reflect under LATE CHECK-OUT on the Stayntouch PMS dashboard, as long as an add-on is associated with the individual late check-out settings.



If your hotel is using a generic charge code under Settings > Promos & Upsells > Upsell Late Check-Out > Late Check-Out Upsell > CHARGE CODE, the counts will not show under LATE CHECK-OUT on the Stayntouch PMS dashboard when the late check-out add-on is manually added to a stay card, and they will not be recognized as already offered during the Stayntouch Guest Mobility check-out flow. Only if a guest purchases late check-out through Stayntouch Guest Mobility check-out will the count appear on under LATE CHECK-OUT on the Stayntouch PMS dashboard.


Please note, the SELL ADDITIONAL CHECK-OUT OFFER toggle is for future use and is not active functionality currently.



However, if an add-on is associated with a CHECK-OUT TIME EXTENDED TO [PM] and CHARGE [$] under Settings > Promos & Upsells > Upsell Late Check-Out, it will display under LATE CHECK-OUT on the Stayntouch PMS dashboard. 



This includes manual late check-out add-ons added to the stay card and will not require guests to purchase a duplicate late check-out add-on during Stayntouch Guest Mobility check-out. Late check-out add-ons purchased through both Stayntouch Guest Mobility check-out and manually will appear under the LATE CHECK-OUT count on the Stayntouch PMS dashboard.


Please note, the OFFER LATE CHECKOUT AS AN ADD ON AT CHECK-IN toggle must be activated for this to work.
