The rate END DATE set from Settings > Rates > Rates > Select Rate/+ ADD NEW is only meant for Stayntouch PMS use (see first screenshot), so when the various date ranges are built (see second screenshot), Stayntouch PMS still sends out the rates to the CRS. For that reason, we recommend leaving the END DATE blank, as the date ranges set in the second screenshot will be the ones applicable for interfaces. The END DATE in the first screenshot will only STOP SELL on Stayntouch PMS only.

When a reservation is created on the CRS side with a rate code that has ended in Stayntouch, it will come through as the default rate code.
