Troubleshooting Stayntouch Guest Mobility Mobile Check-In

 

If you have enabled Stayntouch Guest Mobility mobile check-in/out, Stayntouch PMS will send a pre-check-in email to the guest’s email address on file. However, if a guest uses the link to complete pre-check-in, and they get a message saying, "Sorry, this feature is unavailable for this hotel," it could be a result of incorrect configuration, and you should check for the following Stayntouch Guest Mobility mobile setting in Settings > Guest Mobility > Check In.



 

If you have set your CHECK IN ACTION as SENT TO QUEUE, then you should also enable the USE CHECK IN PROCESS WITH UPSELLS toggle.
