Rover Overlay: Guest Check-in Error

If, after checking a guest in, a Rover Overlay property receives an error message like the one illustrated below, even if the reservation appears as normal on the stay card, the property should contact OPERA. This is an issue with OPERA failing to print the guest registration card due to a missing file on the OPERA application server. The customer will need to contact Oracle Support for assistance adding the file to the OPERA server.
