Emailing Invoices from Overlay Hotels
When guests check out via Rover Overlay and Overlay Zest Station kiosk, we send the check-out message to OPERA, who then emails the invoice to the guest. If there are multiple windows, both bills will get emailed to the guest. To avoid the Company/Travel Agent bill being emailed to the guest, you must specify the Company/Travel Agent profile in the bill routed to the Company/Travel Agent and ensure that the profile has an email id associated. That way, when the kiosk sends the check-out information to OPERA, the email id specified in the routing window will be used and the bill emailed accordingly.
