StayNTouch boasts a near 100% uptime for all features; however, nothing is perfect, and incidents do happen. Our new Systems Status page gives users detailed information about current and past issues, along with details on the fixes deployed.


All scheduled maintenance will be announced through this page, and all incidents will be reported on this status page with continuous progress updates on their resolution.

What’s included in this status page:


  • When StayNTouch features are down, the client login page will automatically be replaced with a “systems down” message and a link to this system’s status page.

  • The Systems Status page includes historical feed of uptime for:

    • Rover PMS

    • Zest Web

    • Zest Station

    • Zest App

    • Imports

    • Reports

    • Rover Connect

    • Interface

    • Guest Email Notifications


(Green shows each day of uptime, whereas red shows downtime)


  • This page also includes the average response time for command inputs (how long it takes for the system to respond to your commands).


(Current response time averages around 256 milliseconds)


  • Finally, the Systems Status page provides progress updates on any fixes in the works for current issues.
