Internal Booking Engine (IBE) Functionality Guide


ROVER RECORDS MULTIPLE EMAILS WITH IBE

Specific for properties using IBE.

  • If a reservation is created via Internal Booking Engine (IBE) and the hold flag setting is OFF, then Rover will send confirmation email(s) to the primary guest as well as any additional emails included in the confirmation.

  • However, if a reservation is created via IBE, and the hold flag setting is ON, then Rover will ONLY send confirmation email(s) to the primary guest and additional guest email(s) when the payment is successfully received in Rover.



The Hold Flag is located in Rover by logging into SNT Admin (ONLY accessible by SNT Team) and choosing the Hotel from the list of options.
