

How to Download the StayNTouch Cloud PMS App onto an iPad/Tablet
Learn how to download the latest SNT Rover app onto an iPad/tablet. If you are using a previous version, please update (instructions below).
For Tablets Only: This process only works on an iPad/tablet device. It is not designed for use on mobile devices (i.e., smartphones, iPod touch, Samsung Galaxy).

Recommended: Create One Apple ID for Your Whole Team
Create an Apple ID (username/password) that your entire staff can use. (Click here to get started on Apple's website.)
Save the login username and password in a place where it will be easy for your team to find.
With a shared Apple ID Account, you can download the SNT Rover app onto as many devices (iPads/tablets) as your property needs.
By sharing one account, your team can access, download, and update the SNT Rover app in the future.
First Time Download (New Clients)
Please review the following steps if you've never downloaded the SNT Rover app (video guide HERE).
- Open the App Store application on the iPad.
- Tap the search icon and type in SNT Rover.
- Select Get. (If prompted, then choose Install.)
- Enter your Password or use Touch ID (if prompted).
- Wait for the download to finish.
- Begin to login or press the Home button to go back to your device's Home screen.
Update the App (Existing Clients)
Updating the SNT Rover app is easy. Just follow the steps below:
Open the App Store on the iPad.
Tap Updates in the lower right corner of the screen (or in the search box in the top right hand corner of the page, enter SNT Rover.)
Next, select the Update button beside the app.
If prompted, enter your Apple ID and password.
Allow the app to finish downloading.
What Version of the App do I Currently Have?
If you aren't sure what version of StayNTouch Cloud PMS you currently have downloaded on your iPad/tablet, follow the steps below:
Open the App Store app.
Select the Purchased icon at the bottom of the page.
Check the version number in the SNT Rover app at the bottom of the login screen.
