Reservations with balances (not checked out status)

Reservations cancelled by OTA's, that have a cancellation policy will charge cancellation fees but not collect a payment. These reservations have an open balance, but they do not display anywhere besides the guest ledger report. 

We need these reservations to show on the checked out with balance tile, or on its own new tile.

This is Long Overdue. Is not done that you do not get even an alert that a no Show with Balance ( Negative) has happened.
