Hotel Renew and Lotus Honolulu at Diamond Head would like to see this functionality.
Hotel on Rivington would also like to see enhanced activity log functionality.
- Currently, the logs exist siloed in the individual sections (specific reservations, room status logs, rate logs, etc.) which is not efficient for seeing a user's entire activity in the system
- The room status log detail deletes after a certain length so it is hard to track room move activity, etc. further down the line
Honor's Haven Retreat & Conference would also like to see this functionality.
We have also heard from our teams that this would be highly beneficial.
This is desperately needed for agents and management. Very important tool.

We would love to have an activity log for individual users. It would be huge to have my computer remember and display my movement on the system so if something comes up midtask, I can return my attention to it after looking back in my log. Currently to execute this workflow I have to write what I am doing down on paper (old school!) and then retrieve the paper and decipher my actions from that chicken scratch. My team would benefit from this being taken care of in the background so that we may give full attention to our guests.
